Features, limits, and pricing may vary depending on the subscription plan selected. We may improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.

You may need to create an account to access certain features of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out through your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account and keep your details up to date.

You are responsible for ensuring that any website, URL, or content submitted to Leads Smart is owned by you or that you have the necessary authority or permission to analyse it.

You are also responsible for how you use the reports, recommendations, and outputs generated by the platform.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• Attempting to overload, disrupt, or damage the platform
• Using bots or automation to abuse usage limits or plan limits
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems
• Using the platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity
• Uploading or submitting material that you do not have permission to use
• Interfering with the security, stability, or normal operation of the service

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably believe the platform is being misused.

Some Leads Smart features use AI to generate recommendations, summaries, suggested improvements, or other content based on information you provide.

AI-generated output is provided for general informational purposes only. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific business, website, or circumstances.

You remain solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to implement any AI-generated recommendation or platform output.

SEO performance depends on many factors outside the control of Leads Smart, including search engine algorithms, market conditions, competitors, technical implementation, website quality, and third party platforms.

Leads Smart does not guarantee any specific improvement in rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, indexing, or business performance.

Certain features of Leads Smart are available only on paid subscription plans. Pricing, feature limits, and billing intervals will be presented to you before purchase.

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe or another payment provider we may use from time to time. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise the applicable recurring charges for your chosen plan unless and until the subscription is cancelled.

Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal or account settings where available.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation will usually take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to paid features until that period ends.

Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

We aim to keep Leads Smart available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the platform.

Access may occasionally be limited for maintenance, updates, third-party outages, security issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

Leads Smart and all related branding, software, content, design, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated.

These Terms do not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform except as permitted by law or with our prior written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Leads Smart if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.

We may also remove or restrict access to features where necessary to protect the platform, our users, or our business.

Leads Smart is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from or related to your use of the platform, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, rankings, leads, customers, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product updates, operational changes, legal requirements, or business needs.

When we do, we will publish the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are posted may constitute acceptance of those updated Terms.
