Because these products are delivered digitally and results are generated immediately after use, purchases are generally non-refundable once a scan, report, or analysis has been generated or accessed.

By using the platform and generating reports, you acknowledge that the service has been delivered and therefore may not be eligible for a refund.

Subscriptions

Paid subscription plans provide access to premium features and tools during the active billing period.

Subscription payments are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
