How to Request Deletion of Your Data
If you would like Leads Smart to delete your account or personal data, you can request deletion by emailing support@leadssmart.co.uk.
Please use the subject line Data Deletion Request and include the email address associated with your Leads Smart account, along with enough information for us to identify your account safely.
If you signed in using Facebook Login, you may also use this process to request deletion of data associated with your Facebook-connected account.
We may need to verify your identity before completing the request. Once verified, we will process your request within a reasonable timeframe, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or regulatory reasons.
If you only want to stop using Facebook Login, you can also remove Leads Smart from your Facebook account settings. Removing the app from Facebook does not automatically delete your Leads Smart account, so please contact us directly if you want your account data erased.
